Hello..Happy Birthday!

Hi Friends,

I am back again with a CAS one layer card and now I think I am quiet comforable in making one layer CAS cards thanks to my dear friend Sindhu - http://paperminty.blogspot.in .She is super talented and too good at CAS. She helped me work on my fear of one layer cards. I would mess up the card and end up adding layers to hide the mess. I am truly blessed to have her as my bestie and my craft mentor.
So without further delay, let me show you my card -

I used Hero art's stamps set - Spring hello by Lia. It is a sweet little stamp set with very cute elements. The big sentiment compliments the tiny flowers well.
I have used hero arts inks too.

A Card for a kiddo!

Hi Friends,

Today I have a fun card, a card for a kid. I had some images colored during the #thedailymarker30daychallenge and wanted to put them to use.
Here's my card.

These adorable images are from Clearly Besotted stamp set - All in Onesie. The background and sentiment is from MFT stamp set.

A quick one layer card!

Hey Friends!
This post is about the quickest card I ever made.

I had no design or layout in mind
I just decided to use one of my favourite stamp set from hero arts - You're so lovely. I had just made one card in the past using it. So wanted to use it now.
I stamped the images using MISTI in light color first. Then without removing the card and the stamp, I re-inked the stamp in darker shade. I wiped the areas where I want to keep lighter shade off the stamp using wet wipes and stamped it again on the card.
I added nuvo drops for creating interest.

You are awesome!

Hello,
It's the second post of the day and there will be a third one too. I have decided to post all my April backloq today. So here's my card-

I have used Wplus9 stamp set - freestyle florals and Altenew and hero arts inks. The sentiment is is from Winnie and walter's.
Again this is a no watercoloring - only stamping card which is not my style. I am hoping to get better at it. I struggled a lot with solid stamps earlier but finally got the tactics.
The trick is in using good cardstock and MISTI.

Keep watching for my next card - a one layer, only stamping card.

Thanks - a one layer card!

Hey friends,
I had made this card a few days ago..and had posted it on my Instagram, but my laziness prevented me from blogging. Actually I had made it for a challenge but I missed the deadline. So now without further delay, let me post it here.

I made this card using wplus9 stamp set - freestyle florals and altenew and hero arts inks. The sentiment is from Winnie and Walter's.
This is my attempt at making one layer cards - something which I find very difficult.
Hope you liked it.

Welcome to Family

Hey Friends!
I am posting after a long time as I had been a bit busy with family and office commitments. But I did manage to make few cards in the last 3 days. Will post them soon..However this post is for a card that I made for Winnie and Walter's March color combo challenge.
The color combo image for the challenge is a lovely spring image.

And here's my card. -

Honestly, I am not so happy with this card..but I am glad I could at least make it in time. It's just few hours before the challenge closes.  I used Winnie and Walter's "Welcome to family" stamp set and zig markers to color the images.
