I made a card using the PTI - Beautiful blooms 2 stamp set and I used my baby girl's dress for inspiration.

Oh so adorable! Beautiful baby! Love your bold and bright card! Looks as if you cut out a piece of that fabric and adhered it on a cardstock :D
