Sumitting a last minute entry for Winnie and Walter's rerun challenge No. 28.
This month's rerun featured my favorite stamp set - Welcome to the family and I had to participate. I had an idea of what I wanted to make but kept procrastinating. Yesterday when I checked I saw it was just 13 hrs until the challenge closed and so O decided to make a card early morning.
