My first successful one stroke painting

One Stroke painting is something which I wanted to learn since an year. I bought a book and watched some videos online, but could not succeed.
But yesterday I finally got it. I could not believe myself . Below is the photo of my first successful attempt.

I would love to hear comments and suggestions to improve my painting skills :)

This card would surely be loved by kids. You can add a crown too and make him a Frog Prince :). Or How about Mr. and Mrs. Frog?

Back with some diwali stuff

Hi All,
I am posting after a long time i.e. 6 months.. Not that I didn't quill all these 6 months..but I was just too lazy to update the blog.
As Diwali is nearing, I am posting pictures of diwali diyas packed in a box decorated by quilling. I had gifted this to one of my relatives last year.

Daffodil - Cards

These are 2 daffodil cards I made over the weekend using husking technique. The border is made using punches. For first card, I have glued Green and white paper behind the punched stem and flowers respectively.
For the second card, I have pasted punched green leafs on yellow paper
