VARNA’s BLOG HOP!

Hello freinds!
VARNA’s Creation has launched Clear Stamp. The stamps are made in our own country, yes you heard it right.. In India. To celebrate the joy and excitement, VARNA’s is having lots of interesting stuffs happening in their blog. One of such is this Blog hop.

For this blog hop, I selected the love mail box digi from VARNA's creation and the first thing that came to my mind was the distressed sky. So here's my card -

The cloud background is made using masking technique. The digi is coloured using a mix of distress inks and Steadler water colour pencils. (Looks like I just can't craft without my distress inks :D). The grass is from flonz stamps. the sentiment is from TPC.

ICR “RE-CREATIONAL” BLOG HOP!

ICR turns a YEAR OLDER tomorrow…..

Yes..It's our Indian Craft Room's first birthday tomorrow and this calls for a grand celebration.

We are having considerably a BIG BLOG HOP termed as “Re-Creational” Blog Hop! And this is to celebrate all our GUEST DESIGNERS at Indian Craft Room for the year 2011…. YAY!

We are RE-CREATING the MAGIC that paved our way to being the Guest Designers for the respective challenges on ICR for the year 2011….

My "You are special" card made it to top 3 in ICRC3 and I was selected as the Guest DT. The theme of ICRC3 was - Photo insipration + Handmade emblishment. The inspiration photo was "Dhin chak" with lots of blight colours. Here's it -

And here's my Re-take on it -

The colors are inspired from the lady's and the gentleman's dress in the inspirational photo. The roses are handmade and I have used black magic technique.

Hoppy Hoppy Birthday Tejal!

It's our dear friend Tejal's birthday! And welcome to her birthday's blog hop. First of all I want to wish Tejal a very very Happy Birthday! May all your dreams (and wishlists :D) come true! Tejal is one of my first blog friends and a constant source of inspiration :). I am a big fan of her CAS and butterfly cards. She's a very sweet lady who's always ready to help with her tips and information. Thanks girl, have learned so much from you!
